Dutch Dutch Baby (Pancake)

One of the first recipes I was ever taught was how to make a dutch baby pancake. I learned it in Home Economics (do they still offer that in schools?) — which was actually the only way I learned how to do anything in the kitchen like washing the dishes, using measuring cups, leveling out flour, and how to use a knife. I didn't really learn those things at home.

Topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, and butter! We didn't have any powdered sugar and I was too lazy to make it myself, so I used maple syrup.
